Clelia Hunke, o Tesoureiro Ant\u00f4nio Alves Assis Diniz e os Conselheiros Dra. Paula Sapir Febrot, Get\u00falio Ant\u00f4nio Guedes e Dr. Victor Mendon\u00e7a Neiva, foram recebidos pelo\u00a0<u>Sr. S\u00c9RGIO LUIZ CURY CARAZZA, Secret\u00e1rio Executivo do Minist\u00e9rio da Fam\u00edlia, da Mulher e dos Direitos Humanos<\/u>, para uma reuni\u00e3o sobre a mudan\u00e7a da Comiss\u00e3o de Anistia para \u00e0quele Minist\u00e9rio e o direito dos anistiados pol\u00edticos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">O Secret\u00e1rio Executivo foi muito cordial, atencioso e disse que o Minist\u00e9rio ainda est\u00e1 em fase de organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e por isso ainda n\u00e3o h\u00e1 nenhum local f\u00edsico destinado para a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o da Comiss\u00e3o de Anistia, naquele \u00f3rg\u00e3o, devendo levar uns 03 (tr\u00eas) meses para a finaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de todo o processo de transi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Disse ainda, que o objetivo do Minist\u00e9rio \u00e9 dar celeridade aos processos que est\u00e3o pendentes de julgamento, sendo obedecidos criteriosamente os ditames da Lei n<sup>o<\/sup>\u00a010.559\/2002 e da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Questionado sobre o Regimento da Comiss\u00e3o ele disse que est\u00e1 sendo elaborado um novo documento, mas ainda sem data definida para finaliza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">O Secret\u00e1rio Executivo se colocou a disposi\u00e7\u00e3o para intermediar uma reuni\u00e3o entre os anistiados e a Ministra, Sra.
